One of the most popular professions in Ukraine, first-line call center operators, is expected to become obsolete by 2028 due to advancements in artificial intelligence. Technologies today are already capable of efficiently handling tasks traditionally performed by humans in this field, which may result in the displacement of workers. AI predicts a rapid and radical replacement of call center operators in the near future.
