Changes in Assistance for Families with Premature Babies

Ukraine plans to change the rules for state assistance to families with premature babies. Petition author Olena Mykhailina suggests extending the financial support period to accommodate the special needs of these children. Currently, all families receive the same amount regardless of the specific developmental needs of premature infants.
