Russia Issues International Arrest Warrant for Pavel Durov

The Federal Security Service of Russia has issued an international arrest warrant for Pavel Durov, founder of the messaging platform Telegram, accusing him of 'facilitating terrorist activities'. He is alleged to have failed to remove channels and bots on Telegram that are purportedly used by Ukrainian intelligence services for preparing terrorist acts in Russia. According to the FSB, this has resulted in numerous casualties and significant financial damages.
