Occupants Suspected of Abducting Civilian in Kharkiv Region

Law enforcement in the Kharkiv region has charged two Russian soldiers with the abduction of a local resident, whom they held in a basement for 36 days, threatening him with death. The man was searching for food for his seriously ill mother, who subsequently died due to neglect. The occupiers, captured by Ukrainian forces, belong to the 128th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade.
