Court Fines Company for Delay in UAV Deliveries to Defense Ministry

The Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region ordered LLC "Kryon-M" to pay 24.28 million UAH for delayed delivery of UAVs for the Ministry of Defense. The court found that the company failed to meet the contract terms by not delivering 402 sets of UAVs worth 98.3 million UAH on time. The equipment was delivered only in November 2024, which constitutes a breach of contract deadlines.
