Controlled Gas Export Could Aid Ukraine's Energy Recovery
According to Alexander Trokhymets, Vice President of ICC Ukraine, a controlled export of surplus gas could provide companies with financial resources for infrastructure recovery after military attacks. The situation in the gas market has changed significantly: commercial consumption has decreased nearly by half, while private production is starting to meet market needs. The draft Cabinet resolution proposes a monthly export limit not exceeding 15% of the actual production.
