Germany Extradites Former MP to Ukraine on Money Laundering Charges

Germany has extradited former MP Ruslan Demchak to Ukraine, who is suspected of laundering nearly 20 million UAH through stock market manipulation. The arrest took place on July 13 at the "Krakivets - Korchova" border crossing. By court order, the former parliamentarian has been placed in pre-trial detention.
