Winter Preparation: Allocation of 40 billion UAH for Critical Infrastructure

The Ukrainian government has approved a mechanism for allocating 40 billion UAH for winter preparation under the Resilience Plans. The funds will be directed towards protecting critical infrastructure, developing generation capacity, and ensuring uninterrupted water supply and municipal services. The main goal is to prepare the country for the upcoming heating season despite the threat of attacks.
