Shulhach's Companies Won Tenders Without Competition

Two companies linked to Mykolaiv Regional Council deputy Serhiy Shulhach won tenders for road repairs and maintenance totaling over ₴820 million without competition. Both contracts raised suspicions due to shared addresses and identical capital of the companies. Currently, one of the contracts has not yet been signed due to identified discrepancies in the documentation.
