Intelligence Agency Identifies Mercenary from Mauritius Killed in Sumy Region

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has identified another mercenary of the Russian army – Stiven Boakye Prakash from Mauritius. He arrived in St. Petersburg on June 22, 2025, posing as a tourist, but remained in Russia and signed a contract to serve in the army. Prakash was killed in December 2025 during an attempt to cross the state border of Ukraine in the Sumy region.
