One in Four Retirees Receives Only $80 a Month: How Many Are There in Ukraine?

Since the beginning of 2026, the number of retirees in Ukraine has decreased by 190,500, totaling 9,976,619 as of July 1. Notably, 24% of retirees receive between 3,001 and 4,000 UAH, while 3.4% receive less than 3,000 UAH. The average pension in Ukraine is 7,273 UAH per month.
