Mykolaiv Residents Can Get Refunds for Overcharged Heating Fees

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine found that Mykolaiv TPP unjustly included costs in heating tariffs that consumers should not have paid. Residents of Mykolaiv can now demand a recalculation and refunds for overpaid amounts. To do this, they need to collect receipts and submit a request to the company or the AMC.
