Vacation Schedule Mandatory Even for Three Employees

Even for small businesses with only three employees, the Ukrainian law 'On Vacations' requires employers to create a vacation schedule. Employers must notify employees of the start of their vacation at least two weeks in advance; otherwise, the employee has the right to request a rescheduling of their vacation.
