Updated Criteria for Employee Booking in Ukraine

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has introduced updated requirements for enterprises to obtain critical importance status, reducing the number of industry criteria to four. The changes particularly affect IT companies, which risk losing the right to draft exemption for employees if they do not have a valid contract with the Pension Fund.
