The Impossibility of Diplomacy During War

Diplomatic efforts to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian war are currently ineffective. Negotiations during active fighting only prolong the conflict. Real opportunities for peace may arise only after significant changes in the Russian economy and a reduction of its military capacity.
