Scooter Driver in Zhytomyr Oblast Loses License for 19 Years Due to Drunk Driving

In Zhytomyr Oblast, a scooter driver was sentenced to 19 years of license suspension for a third offence of driving under the influence. The man, already deprived of his license, was caught without a number plate and refused to undergo a medical examination. The court imposed a fine of 51,000 UAH on him.
