Demand for Private Homes in Ukraine Grows

Since the beginning of 2026, the demand for private homes in Ukraine has increased, surpassing that for apartments. The number of active listings has risen by 15%, while the median price for homes remains at $78,500. Kyiv and Lviv are among the most expensive regions for buying homes.
