International Arbitration Refutes Polish Company’s Claims Against Lviv

The International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Court in Paris confirmed that there is no final ruling in the case between Lviv's Green City Utility and the Polish company Control Process S.A. The Polish side had previously made claims about winning the case, which were refuted by the Lviv City Council. It was noted that the arbitration tribunal has not yet been formed and no decisions have been made.
