Drapaty on Russia and the Population of Donbas

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapaty, made sharp statements about Russia and the residents of occupied Donbas. He emphasized Russia's imperial ambitions and noted that part of the local population shows little desire to work and is indifferent to the country they live in. Drapaty believes more efforts should be dedicated to fostering patriotism among the residents.
