High Anti-Corruption Court Partially Satisfied Claim Regarding Former Head of Tax Service in Poltava Region

The High Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the claim regarding the recognition of assets belonging to Alla Ryabkova, former head of the State Tax Service in the Poltava region. The court ruled to confiscate her apartment in Kyiv valued at 2.24 million hryvnias for state revenue, but denied the confiscation of two vehicles. The decision can be appealed in the appellate court.
