Appeal in the Case of Flooded Mines in Luhansk to Review Verdict

The Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a review of the complaint regarding the verdict in the case of abuse of office by former officials of the Zolote mine. Previously, the court sentenced former chief engineer Ihor Novosilov and former chief mechanic Denys Kharytonov to 3.5 and 3 years in prison, respectively. The appeal hearing is set for August 14, 2026.
