Velykyi Luh May Become a UNESCO World Heritage Candidate

Over 100 organizations and 300 scientists and conservationists are urging Ukraine to begin the process of nominating Velykyi Luh on the Lower Dnipro for the UNESCO World Heritage List. The initiators have already developed a concept and draft documents, but they still need to determine the boundaries of the site and finalize the nomination dossier.
