Kharkiv City Council Spent 100 Million UAH on Legal Services

During the war, the Kharkiv City Council spent nearly 100 million UAH on private legal services. Journalists revealed that this money went to a limited number of law firms closely connected with each other. Central to this issue is Oleksiy Meniv, the personal lawyer of Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhiv.
