Drunk Driver Hits Pedestrian and Crashes Into Fence in Kyiv Region

In the Vyshhorod district of Kyiv region, a driver lost control and drove onto a sidewalk, hitting a pedestrian and crashing into a fence. Police reported that the driver was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of 1.63 promille. The injured 31-year-old man was hospitalized with injuries.
