Zelenskyy Announces Reform of Ukraine’s Assault Troops

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree establishing the Joint Rapid Response Forces within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He appointed Brigadier General Dmytro Voloshyn to lead this new unit, which aims to address personnel management issues and enhance operational effectiveness along the front line.
