Six Cases of Tick-borne Encephalitis Confirmed in Volyn

Since the beginning of the year, six cases of tick-borne encephalitis have been laboratory-confirmed in Volyn, with three detected in the past week. The patients, including three women and three men aged 46 to 85, were infected mainly while berry picking in forests and private properties. All patients are receiving necessary treatment, and their condition is of moderate severity.
