Ukraine to Auction Titanium Plant Previously Owned by Russian Billionaire

The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced an auction for the sale of the Demurinsky Mining and Concentration Plant, scheduled for October 20. This plant, which extracts titanium-zirconium ores, was previously owned by Russian billionaire Mikhail Shelkov. On the same day, an auction will also be held for the sale of the 'MotorDetal-Konotop' plant, formerly owned by ex-Russian senator Sergey Kalashnikov.
