Zelensky Appoints New Heads of Dubensko and Sarnensko District Administrations

Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed new heads of the Dubensko and Sarnensko District Administrations in the Rivne region. Taras Chygryniuk is the new head of the Dubensko District Administration, replacing Vsevolod Pekarsky, while Lyudmyla Marynina takes over the Sarnensko District Administration, previously serving as the head of the Varash City Military Administration.
