Driver Flees from Police in Lutsk and Crashes into Metal Supports

On July 23, a 27-year-old driver in Lutsk attempted to flee from police and crashed into metal supports. After the incident, he refused to undergo a breathalyzer test for alcohol. An administrative report was filed against him for the violation.
