NABU Investigation: 265 Million UAH Embezzlement in Donetsk Heating Scheme

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau has completed a pre-trial investigation into the embezzlement of 265 million UAH in heating and water supply for frontline cities in Donetsk. The scheme was led by the head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, who facilitated contracts without proper documentation. The investigation revealed numerous violations and falsifications during the execution of work.
