'Nova Poshta' plans to open 11 new self-service branches by 2026

The leading express delivery service in Ukraine, 'Nova Poshta,' has invested 30.5 million UAH in developing self-service branches. By the end of 2026, the company plans to expand the number of such branches to 11 in various cities, which will reduce customer service time. It is noted that currently, every third package is collected without the operator's involvement.
