SBU Detains FSB Agent Preparing Strikes on Defense Plants in Western Ukraine

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has detained an FSB agent disguised as an ordinary cyclist. The individual filmed the perimeters of defense facilities on his smartphone and transmitted the coordinates to a Russian handler. He was apprehended during reconnaissance near a strategic site.
