Meeting with Cardinal Zuppi: The Return of Ukrainians from Russian Captivity

In Kyiv, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets met with Cardinal Matteo Zuppi to discuss the return of Ukrainians remaining in Russian captivity. The meeting focused on the repatriation of children, prisoners of war, and civilians, as well as the conditions in which Ukrainian soldiers are held in Russian prisons.
