Ombudsman reports inadequate investigation into child abuse case

Dmytro Lubinets, the Ombudsman, expressed outrage over the inadequate investigation into a possible case of abuse against a 10-year-old child. He pointed out that law enforcement failed to register information in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations and did not carry out necessary procedural actions. Lubinets called for an appeal to the Attorney General to investigate the situation.
