New Funding Model for Supported Living Services to Launch in 2026

In 2026, Ukraine will introduce a new funding model for supported living services based on the principle of "money follows the person." This will allow citizens to choose their service provider while receiving government support tailored to their specific needs. Minister of Social Policy Denis Ulyutin emphasized that this initiative promotes the deinstitutionalization reform and provides more targeted assistance to the population.
