Commemorating the Memory of Guard Igor Kotsiar

Igor Kotsiar, a 20-year-old guard, lost his life on July 23, 2014, during the battles for the liberation of Lysychansk. He was remembered as a brave and sincere young man who joined the service to defend his country. Eternal memory to the Hero, remembered for his kindness and courage.
