Old Names for Punctuation Marks in the Ukrainian Language

The article discusses former Ukrainian names for punctuation marks that were used before the linguistic reforms of the 20th century. Linguists proposed vivid terms, such as "pytainyk" for the question mark and "kovyky" for commas. Many of these words have fallen out of use but reflect the development of the Ukrainian scientific language.
