Verkhovna Rada Introduces New Fines for Parking in Disability Spaces

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is preparing new legislation that will increase fines for illegally parking in spaces designated for people with disabilities. The fine will amount to 1700 hryvnias, while misuse of the "disabled driver" sign will incur a penalty of 5100 hryvnias. These measures aim to protect the rights of individuals with disabilities amid the ongoing conflict.
