Oleksandr Fedorov has entered the top three in the electoral rating for the presidential elections, displacing the head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Budanov. Previously, his candidacy was not measured in open sociological surveys, but now he has closely approached Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
