Poland Becomes One of the Largest Drug Producers in the EU
Poland has recorded a dramatic increase in drug production, becoming one of the largest producers of synthetic drugs in the European Union. In the first half of 2026, authorities confiscated 84 tons of drugs, almost three times more than in all of 2025. The number of illegal labs raided by police has also surged, reflecting the growing scale of the issue.
