Ukrainian Officer Fined for Evading Service

In the Zhytomyr region, a Ukrainian officer was fined 170,000 hryvnias for not serving for six months while still receiving pay. According to the court ruling, he arranged with military leadership to cover his absence. The accused is also a director of a company and engaged in civilian matters during his evasion.
