Ancient Burials Found in Bukovyna After Dniester Water Level Drops

In the village of Kormany, Chernivtsi region, human remains were discovered from an ancient cemetery that had been submerged during the construction of the Dniester HPP. Following the water level drop, efforts included the respectful reburial of the remains according to religious traditions. Local authorities urged residents not to share photos from the site out of respect for the deceased.
