Drunk Driver in Lviv Exceeds Speed and Ignores Stop Request

In Lviv, police issued two reports to a 54-year-old driver who exceeded the speed limit and ignored the police's stop request. His blood alcohol content was found to be ten times above the permissible limit. The incident occurred on Pasichna Street on July 21.
