Onur Wins Over a Billion in Court Against Ukraine Over Road Repair Tender

Onur, which acknowledged collusion in an Ukraavtodor tender, has now won over a billion hryvnias from Ukraine. The appellate court upheld the claims against the State Restoration Agency for the M-05 Kyiv-Odesa road repair contract. The dispute arose over inflated work volumes, but the State Restoration Agency's arguments were insufficient.
