Court Cancels Merger of Uman Pedagogical University with National University

The Kyiv District Administrative Court canceled the government's decision to merge Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavel Tychyna with Uman National University. The plaintiff pointed to violations of the principles of justification and impartiality in the decision-making process. The court ruling was issued on July 14, 2026.
