Military Body Armor Issued to Occupation Administration Workers in Kherson Region

In the occupied Kherson region, military-style body armor has begun to be issued to workers of the occupation administrations. This reflects the blurring of lines between civilian and military structures. Occupiers are also using civilian infrastructure for military purposes.
