Court Considers Motion to Change Bail Terms in Kirovohrad Torture Case

On July 21, the Kropyvnytskyi Court held a hearing on the motion of a suspect in a case of unlawful detention and torture of a Dibrivka villager. The suspect, a serviceman, requested to change the bail terms from custody to house arrest with bail. The lawyer argued that the risks of evading trial were not substantiated.
