Man opened fire in courtyard of residential buildings in Kyiv

In the Dnipro district of Kyiv, a 42-year-old man, while intoxicated, fired five shots into the air. The police were alerted by a resident of a nearby apartment building and detained the offender, seizing a starter pistol and cartridges. He has been notified of suspicion of hooliganism, which could lead to a penalty of up to five years of restriction of freedom.
