In Ukraine, over 108,000 utility debt cases recorded in six months
Since the beginning of 2026, more than 108,000 enforcement cases due to utility debts have been opened in Ukraine. The highest number of debtors has been recorded in the Kharkiv region, accounting for 20% of new cases. Currently, there are 829,700 utility debts in the registry, with a significant portion remaining unpaid.
