AMCU Allows Varus to Acquire 'Kolo' Store Chain

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved Varus supermarket chain's acquisition of the 'Kolo' convenience store network owned by Hennadiy Butkevich. 'Kolo' operates over 250 stores in Kyiv and Odesa regions. The deal will enable Varus to strengthen its market position and increase its retail footprint to over 370 locations.
